Chinese company Xiaomi is now much more than just a smartphone maker. Xiaomi’s smartphones may already be well known in the industry, but the Chinese company is also known for its ecosystem of smart products.
The company’s latest move comes as it hopes to expand its horizon in the fitness market streamlined to take the eyes off its core product line-up comprising smartphones and accessories like power banks. After announcing a smart Ukulele, and a ‘Scishare Coffee Maker’, the company has now launched a mini gym. Called, ‘Move it’, the product is nothing but a smart fitness equipment that is not a wearable or a fitness band. It is a product built by Eggplant technology and has been in development since July 2015. The product is currently open for crowdfunding.
