Uncle Henry’s Farm Shop in Grayingham, near Kirton in Lindsey, has re-signed for another year as a member of the Lincolnshire Trading Standards Primary Authority Scheme.

The business is one of 12 to be given advice and support by Lincolnshire trading standards through the scheme.

Emma Ward, general manager at Uncle Henry’s, said: “For us, the team at trading standards allows us to have access to clear and concise information on the legislation which affects us.

“For example, when the new food labelling guidance came in last year, they gave us clear and simple guidance – ensuring we followed the guidelines correctly – thereby saving us valuable time and money.”
