2016 Best of Essex Awards: Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty wins gold medal in real estate category

Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty in Caldwell, N.J. has been named “Best Realtor” in the 2016 Best of Essex Readers’ Choice Awards. The firm has been awarded the gold medal for the second year in a row by readers of Suburban Essex magazine, an upscale lifestyle magazine published in northern N.J.

Earlier in the year, readers submitted their nominees to the magazine in dozens of categories; more than 10,000 people voted in the 2016 event and the winners will be announced and featured in the December issue. The magazine is distributed to 34,000 households and 22,000 online newsletter subscribers.

“We are so honoured and pleased that our clients have recognized our dedication to delivering superior service—in real estate transactions as well as community outreach,” said John Sass, Broker/Owner of Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty. “And, to take first place two years in a row means so much to all of us at Century 21 Cedarcrest.”

Apart from the this recognition, Century 21 Cedarcrest Realty has won multiple sales and service awards from the Century 21 system as well as J.D. Power & Associates. As part of its commitment to helping those in the wider community, the agency is involved in several outreach initiatives. It is a drop-off site for the U.S. Marines’ annual Toys for Tots toy drive and the agency participates every year in the Easter Seals Walk with Me and 5K Run.
